Save Me Episode 3
"No!" All Vraska's missing strength returned for a single, forceful syllable. She staggered, sagged, looked at him, somehow smaller than she should have been, somehow . . . reduced. "You didn't save me, Jace. You can't. You were too late. It's inside me. Phyrexia is a poison even I can't fight off. It's too late."
The Planeswalkers and Mirrans stared. They had exhausted so much of their strength on the fight to save Vraska. Patches of skin were starting to show through Tyvar's metal shell, and the knives around Nahiri swirled a little more slowly.
Nathan is saved by 'Super Hoodie', an enigmatic figure on a bike in an orange hoodie who creates a distraction and peddles both from danger. Subsequently confronting Kelly in her flat, Nathan is shaken to find she that has been affected by Virtue, informing her he preferred her old attitude. Stirred to act, apologising for leaving, he departs after giving her a kiss on the cheek.
Nathan falls and is killed, impaled on the iron fence below. After his funeral the other Misfits visit the club for a toast in his honour, but Kelly and Simon leave early. Simon gives Kelly a DVD of Nathan's exploits he recorded on his phone, which she tearfully watches in her apartment. The episode ends with Nathan regaining consciousness in his coffin, his joy at discovering his power is immortality fading as he realises that he is buried alive with only an iPod Kelly placed in his hand before burial.
In the 2nd challenge I placed 10th which wasn't a good result - the spot test set by the world renowned porcelain artist Dorothy Feibleman I found her amazing to watch but her technique extremely difficult to do. I did have fun though producing a nicely colourful porcelain bowl though.Thankfully my Raku Elephants were enough to save me this week after doing so poorly in this spot challenge.
So today i was playing batman the enemy within episode 3 and i chose bruce Wayne to take the blame. I chose this because i didn't want Selena Kyle to get hurt again due to not warning her about the GCPD. Now i am nervous because who is going to save Bruce Wayne. The Agency? Catwoman? Gordon? Or Tiffany?
I personally think that Selina will be the one who saves you and based on your relationship with John, he will either try to help her rescue you or he will do nothing. But I guess it's going to be the first one since so many ppl are like bff with John or in good terms at least.
"John seems to treat Catwoman as a threat to His friendship with Bruce, so I am not really surprised, that He wants Bruce to pick Him over Selina. Actually if Bruce takes the blame, He puts John in the very same position, John has to chose between Harley and Bruce, who knows, maybe in the next episode John will take the blame for stealing the laptop and will save the day, sacrificing His possible relationship with Harley..."
Im guessing either Selina will get us out, or there the episode starts off with us finding some sort of way to just break out. Kinda anti climactic to just break out of it, but there isnt that many other options
Selina will definitely attempt to rescue Bruce. John might try it too, since we saw that he stood up to Harley in order to save Bruce. He knows that Bruce could be the traitor within The Pact, but he doesn't care about it when his life is on the line. He doesn't even want to think about that possibility. He just wants to help him. It's quite clear now that both Harley and Bruce are the most important people in John's life.
I see them as the angel and the devil on John's shoulder. Both know that John has potential and he has not found himself yet. Both of them want him to stray from the other one's path (this is quite clear in episode 3, when Harley threatens Bruce to get away from John).
I think it might be Selina, John, The Agency, or maybe even Tiffany if you tell her that you are Batman she may be following Bruce around and she will probably save him since she is good with technology. This could make an excellent starting point for her career as Batgirl. It might be one of those moments where Bruce has to make a choice of saying that she did something reckless or thank her for help. It might be tough for Selina or John because they are heading to the Blacksite where they are going to encounter a lot of thugs who will try to kill them so it might be hard for them to save Bruce without getting discovered by Harley, Bane, or Freeze.
I still have a pretty strong feeling that John will WANT to save us, but let's be honest, He just doesn't have resources or skills to do so... but, I've been thinking about this and it seems like none of us have thought about the most obvious Gotham citizen who might be able to Save Bruce - BATMAN. We already know, that John knows how to get to the rooftop with the bat signal. What if John Tries to call Batman for help and He doesn't show up when He needs Him the most?
Obviously that's not likely to happen, since Selina can be the one who needs saving and not Bruce, but, maybe John will ask Batman to save her, because He will feel guilty knowing how much Bruce cares about her?
Still there are also those players who don't care about Selina at all and that's the biggest flaw in my theory, but I believe that Bruce will still want to save Selina, even if they are not friends...
Kristen, Gorgug, and a newly revived Fig learn that Adaine accidentally killed Doreen. Fig, in honor of Doreen, makes a fishnet stocking out of Doreen's hairnet. They also learn that Principal Aguefort killed Mr. Gibbons and then himself to save Kristen and Gorgug through the power of the phoenix egg. They find that the Corn Ooze originally came from the barrel that Kristen's bible was thrown into earlier that day. The party realizes that some of the faculty and staff might have created the magic that controlled Doreen and the Corn Monsters.
This recap of House of the Dragon's third episode contains spoilers for ... well, for House of the Dragon's third episode. That's pretty much what a recap is. Proceed accordingly.
If you're just joining us, here are recaps of episode one and episode two and a glossary of people and places you may have forgotten.
Three years have passed since the last episode. King Viserys has married his teen bride Alicent and they've had a son named Aegon, after the founder of the Targaryen Dynasty. Alicent is expecting a second child, as well.
She's wrong about the king, who still wants her to inherit the Iron Throne, but she's right about the "everyone else" part, as various lords spend this episode whispering in Viserys' ear that his firstborn male son should be named the heir.
Still another lord suggests Ser Laenor Velaryon, the son of Corlys and Rhaenys, as Rhaenyra Suitor Number 3. (Don't worry, we haven't met him yet, but we will, before the episode is over.) You'll remember that awkward walk the king took last week with the 12-year-old? Yeah. Laenor is her older brother. 041b061a72
